was just out of this world and with its hill top situation, fabulous views, lovely gardens and pool it was truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy our holiday on nevis

the breakfast was great but pricey and the beds and pillows were the best part about the hotel

two bedroom villa we stayed in was outstanding, with all brand new kitchen appliances and our own personal washer and dryer, the staff was very friendly and helpful,

they need to do something about the spa though, make it nicer and hire an onsite therapist

wifi worked but seemed a little spotty in places (had to switch rooms to get working in room) (+) the room was clean and comfortable, wifi signal and breakfast was good (-)wifi hardly worked shower head hardly worked (+) fairly comfortable beds, ok wifi, hot water, spacious, long check in hours, on location breakfast restaurant available (-)expensive for what you get, dilapidated furniture, wobbly toilet, useless wifi, $4usd for a cup of stale filter coffee, on site crickets are as loud as a high pitched fire (-)the wifi was not working (-) the first night wifi and tv was down so we went to the reception around 7pm and there was no one there but the (-) just about everything needs updating - the bathroom, the pool tiles, the sidewalks, and the wifi although free with the room was very, very slow (+) also the wifi in the room that i was moved to needs a booster (-)unbelievably hard bed. balcony sliding door was very defective. patchy wifi.
