pool was disappointing

two bedroom villa we stayed in was outstanding, with all brand new kitchen appliances and our own personal washer and dryer, the staff was very friendly and helpful,

spacious with full kitchen. close proximity to hamilton beach. double bathroom.

the unit has a great kitchen so if you want to cook that is perfect

everything was brilliant- staff food beach gym etc etc

breakfast excellent and cooked to order

the pool area and bar are the best of the hotels we looked at, and they have a shuttle service to their private beach

the staff made everyone feel at home from the second we arrived, the attention to details, the breakfasts, the lunches on the beach (great idea) and the dinners, the cocktails with a caribbean

the whole plantation is a beautiful setting, and we enjoyed the bar staff singing at the poolside bar

free parking right outside, and secluded from any other activity or people

e golf cart noise is a little

in the mountains far from any beach - except for the super expensive and very corporate 4 seasons golf resort

the restaurant and bar are fine but just seem to suffer from lack of clientele - meaning they often shut early

wifi was often very weak

friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable beds and on site parking

breakfast and drinks by the pool at sunset were delicious

and relaxing, a small air conditioned gym for lifting weights or doing yoga, a large clean pool, drinks by the pool all day and a good restaurant

the pool area and the scenery.

this hotel is very tasteful and well designed, with an excellent pool and grounds to walk in, around the property

golf coast on the property

the manager made arrangements for me to get to the golf course when i played which was greatly appreciated

royal golf course is the adjacent property

golf course was a beautiful long walk early morning very enjoyable

location was central to several restaurants and the golf course

staff who work at the bar come across as nonchalant & undisciplined

wifi worked but seemed a little spotty in places (had to switch rooms to get working in room) (+) the room was clean and comfortable, wifi signal and breakfast was good (-)wifi hardly worked shower head hardly worked (+) fairly comfortable beds, ok wifi, hot water, spacious, long check in hours, on location breakfast restaurant available (-)expensive for what you get, dilapidated furniture, wobbly toilet, useless wifi, $4usd for a cup of stale filter coffee, on site crickets are as loud as a high pitched fire (-)the wifi was not working (-) the first night wifi and tv was down so we went to the reception around 7pm and there was no one there but the (-) just about everything needs updating - the bathroom, the pool tiles, the sidewalks, and the wifi although free with the room was very, very slow (+) also the wifi in the room that i was moved to needs a booster (-)unbelievably hard bed. balcony sliding door was very defective. patchy wifi.

the accommodation was clean and facilites included on site dinning and a pool

breakfast was amazing i love it and the children love the pool

the staff at check in and the beautiful view. the kids enjoyed the pool too.

no amenities apart from a couple pf pools and a gym (i think)

beach was a 10 min walk, calm and clean, perfect for kids in frigate bay

having a good size balcony with sea and golf course views was great for sitting out at the start and end of the day

perhaps it should be possible to book

minutes on foot along the golf course and around 5 minutes by car)

ocean, but is still within reasonable distance of frigate bay
