also staff allowed a very early check in which i appreciated as we were visiting someone in a care home nearby and had come

maybe the gym could have been bigger

great location for alton towers. swimming pool great staff

bed was comfortable and wifi was decent for a work connection

the hosts were great, the food was excellent and the bar staff were friendly, as were the locals, who made me feel very welcome

after a long day out i phoned room service

my room service tray was left outside my room from 3p.m. until i left the next day

no phone in the room so was unable to order room service. terrible wi-fi

only quibble is that i could not get the property s wifi in my room
