we arrived on thursday the pool was really cold

after voicing our concerns to the front desk over the possibility of our kids not being able to sleep

beds very comfortable, breakfast good

the kids also swam in the pool for hours

pool a little on the colder side, but i was nice.

the pool was very cloudy . otherwise everything was great!

made me feel like i was at home lol but other than that it was a great stay my daughter loved the pool and we loved the free breakfast

i couldn't get room service or any food past 6 on christmas when we we're told we could when

leisurely pace for guests. never felt pressured. gardens, of course. spa facilities.

exactly what we expected - a well priced motel with a comfortable room and a pool

lots of really hot water:) there’s a pool as well but it was chilly… about 5 minutes from the lake and village

beds were comfortable there is a swimming pool and a nice area in front to sit and relax

hotel should provide airport parking so those flying out could take a shuttle over

reason that i rated the airport shuttle as poor is because it was not running at 4:45 in the morning when i needed it

that the pool was down for maintenance for most of the stay

i live in ithaca, i decided to stay at this hotel because of the shuttle to the airport

staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the outdoor pool was lovely

everything. excellent location. staff was great. bar clean and matt was personable.

breakfast was simple, but offered protein (eggs,yogurt) and fresh fruit among the usual cereal,

owners happy to respond to our needs and accommodated a late check out

the staff was very friendly. we ate at banfi s, the buffet downstairs and at the bar 2x.

no one told us we had to get our ticket stamped to get out of the parking lot without paying.

downtown location, free ev charging and parking in garage, very clean.

disappointed that the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovations

this hotel room was very spacious, clean and offerd a great breakfast

the rooms were larger than most. bar and restaurant service was very good and on point.

the bed was comfy but the kids were not comfortable in the murphy bed

we ended up only using the pool this trip

water park snack bar closed 2 hours before water park.

was a bit disappointed that the pool with the basketball hoops was closed
