there were a lot of college kids staying there but they were not out of control

place was very clean, breakfast was very good and my room was very comfortable.

the shuttle service is very good. the drivers are very nice, especially the driver.

i have kids and the main reason i got this hotel was for the pools ( outdoor and indoor pool) the outdoor

after booking shuttle via email and receiving confirmation, no one came to pick me up

of amenities like late-night room service, regular room service, fitness facilities, materials or promo video on a dedicated tv

the bellhops were wonderful as was the front desk and room service staff

i was disappointed that room service was not available later than 10:00 or 10:30

the bar area was so warm and inviting

it was just that we didn’t realize at first that there was a number to call or text (and the bar waitress i asked didn’t tell us that)

our room was above the bar so the noise level was a little high until 10 pm.

also, the bar is impressive

and there was free happy hour between 5-6 everyday of fingerlakes wine tasting and late night bar open too
