very clean, nice service, pool was great but cold.

the staff was kind and helpful. also, the gym was well equipped.

the next morning when i got back from the gym, my room’s door was locked and the key did not work

i was told that the restaurant and bar was closed due to remodeling that was after i asked of course very poor condition of the

poolside and pool are great, and relatively quiet and tranquil

i like the pool area.

no microwave in the room hav to walk all the way to the laundry room

we wished the bar area would’ve been open. also better tv cable. very limited channels.

surprised when got there the price the facility everything is worth the stay and play area for kids was nice

pool hours extended hours will be nice. now is 8pm. until 10pm will be a plus.

location is close to golf, surfing, biking, etc

was dissapointing that the bar and restaurant were closed because of the pandemia

the pool area is very relaxing

we love the customer service, food, gardens, golf campus, and pools...

the golf course was almost as spectacular

a non- golfer and would have liked more options for hiking and ecotourism on the hotel grounds and in the

first they didn't have the key of our room and then the golf cart to take us to our villa wasn't available

motor golf carts that the stuff were using were making too much noise like motorcycles
