we liked the pool area also

is free for the casino visitors but not for guest

clean rooms, fitness room ok but tv’s has no signal in gym. no bar inthe room.

pool. dennies. big room airport shuttle!

and we don't found a appropriate parking because the parking lot was completely full for the casino visitors

location is close to golf, surfing, biking, etc

great nearby golfcourse. must play!

was dissapointing that the bar and restaurant were closed because of the pandemia

the play area for kids (with the ping pong table, oversized connect four, etc) was a huge hit with the grandkids

no entertainment for kids besides the pool.

the laundry room itself was dirty but convenient

i like the pool area.

the golf course was almost as spectacular

we love the customer service, food, gardens, golf campus, and pools...

first they didn't have the key of our room and then the golf cart to take us to our villa wasn't available

a non- golfer and would have liked more options for hiking and ecotourism on the hotel grounds and in the

motor golf carts that the stuff were using were making too much noise like motorcycles

ocean view, good food at the restaurant, beautiful swimming pool and nice bar at the pool, pretty near to guajataca tunel, beach and river

pool was very clean and the kids pool seemed to have warm water so the kids dont get cold, the room was cleaned at least twice

no dresser to keep your clothes in our room (our kids had one)

there is free breakfast offered for guests and the food offered for lunch and dinner were really good

cereal was given to my kids and they were old had the leave the hotel to give my kids a nice meal
