kid zone requires you to be 5 or above to be left alone, and the pool is not always heated as much as it should be

room service prices are very high in my opinion

the restaurant/ bar on 6th floor. great ambiance.

found that parking is not reserved for paying guests so we had to park down the street and ride a shuttle back to the hotel

pools were great, the views were great, the gym, the golf course and especially the staff were all great

we loved the cocktail bar and gathering seatings that engaged our attention immediately … inviting us to sit and visit

called twice a hour apart needing towels for the pool plus a guy who was letting the umbrellas down, we asked him and he said he would let some one

only thing i didn't like was that while my kids were in the pool there was some discrepancies either from an animal or a human in the pool

staff were very nice and the bar staff at the restaurant were very helpful
