the design of the lobby and decor the pool look was great even though we couldn't experience it

) i didn't use the pool or fitness room, so i can't comment on those facilities

fitness center doesn't have a lot of things available

parking space on the lower level one night of our stay was not available; had to be shuttled to another parking area

the restaurant/ bar on 6th floor. great ambiance.

swiming pool and the gym were basic but well equipped and nice

hotel has a pool and a gym which i didn't personally use due to covid

decoreated hotel with a great bar that catches all the vibes of this vibrant city

with everything that is going on with the pandemic, i felt very safe visiting the restaurant, gym, & pool

only thing i didn't like was that while my kids were in the pool there was some discrepancies either from an animal or a human in the pool

be adjusted to your liking so i could be in a separate room and dim the lights without waking my kids up or sitting in compete darkness

no self service ice machine - room service delivers tiny ice buckets quickly, but not my preference

they were able to accommodate us with a late check out, so we were able to take the kids to barton springs pool before we checked out

pool and gym area were incredibly humid, i understand it's because it's an indoor pool but it was

had to pay for internet, the jacuzzi was down, and they aren t offering room service even though they have a menu on the tv

i love the hotel, very pretty and clean. my kids love it.
