well lit parking, staff was helpful and courteous

the pool was perfect size for my smaller kids and big alike and the hot tub was great for us adults

breakfast hours on saturday/sunday should start earlier. starting at 630 am would be better

they’d told us that we had to notify them in advance to take the airport shuttle

the hotel was 2.3 or so miles from the airport with shuttle service.

missed breakfast due to early flight. pool was very nice and wake up call was appreciated.

we had two rooms one for my parents and one for us and the kids

balcony overlooking the indoor pool was unexpected but an amazing surprise for my kids and i

i usually hate having to go in with my kids but i walked right in

this did not effect the stay for the kids but only negative to me
