easy drive to golf tournament

pool awesome jacuzzi would be nice to have one in the room though if that's an option for not an

always stay here for my daughters gymnastics competition in grand rapids

friendly staff, the breakfast was excellent, room was extremely clean and comfortable

i could not use the free breakfast, because it started at 6 and i had to be to work at 6.

i did not try out the wifi, but the cable tv was nice

cob webs on balcony, over priced vending machines and rusty nail in the parking lot.

staff was friendly, parking options were good, and the location is close to food, gas, and other necessities

pleasantly surprised had a full breakfast. rooms quiet. bed was comfortable.

see above-no view from balcony, just parking lot and pavement everywhere you look!

they even threw in a late check out

pool was closed for servicing.

location, near a regatta venue where i was competing, nice washer / dryer in basement by pool and gym, free to guests and they even provide laundry soap and fabric softener, friendly staff

had to take my kids somewhere else to get food

too bad breakfast isn't offered with room.

pool was closed for no specific reason and was one of the reasons i booked it

they never said anything got my kids ready to go and found a note on the door to the pool

wish the pool was open longer but it's not a big deal.

i loved the indoor pool and exercise room.

missed breakfast due to early flight. pool was very nice and wake up call was appreciated.

the hotel was 2.3 or so miles from the airport with shuttle service.

shuttle to airport ended at midnight even though we confirmed ahead of time

being able to do laundry for free unfortunately only one dryer worked.

the kitchen in the room that really came in handy and the pillows were so soft

said that pool was heated and i'm sure it was, but was still on the cold side

the lady in the kitchen was fabulous and went above and beyond wish i got her name but she was wonderful
