great bar downstairs and u met some amazing customers in there who let me watch the darts with them

our 70s , brought back so many memories of what places used to be like atmosphere was brilliant , bar staff friendly locals friendly , saturday night was busy , for the price we paid we loved it ,

everything staff bedroom facilities regulars in the bar downstairs looking to relocate near by .

i had a drink in the bar and even got chatting with some of the locals

our room was on the front and had a sea view

the gathering of the kids was not an issue, just the engine noises

modern and clean , bar obviously a plus point , staff wonderful and engaging , nice friendly

parking was excellent as was the communication

was perfect, seaview, hubby played golf all amenities close by, 100 metres to food bowling, wine bars absolutely loved it and will

very easy check in. kitchen, laundry, pool table etc. my view was great.

we were working at doxford park so location was ideal ,also for houghton le spring golf course, which was very

play in a memorial golf competition every year this is our third year we've stayed at th high field and if available

wifi had very poor reception in the room we stayed in, but i'm sure most people have wifi on phones

car parking, nice size room with nice view, good thai restaurant with room service, easy travel for durham and

i loved the thai food and been able to take as room service. also very good value for money.

just the location of my room over the golf course size of the bathroom everything was good

place with an amazing room view of the golf course - spa was great and very clean

issue - the parking is really small, so you got to be lucky to find a spot

there was not a lot of parking spaces available when we visited, but it was still good enough for what we needed
