be nice if the bar had longer hours

the staff and the rooftop bar and pool were great. the food is good was unexpectedly good.

the cold breakfast instead of hot food

the element hotel has lowered the fee for pets from $100 to $25. the breakfast was very good.

also my friend came buy and was allowed to use the hotel parking lot without any issues

great private parking, large shower, uber comfy bed

the walkway between the courtyard and parking lot. uneven a little bit dangerous.

bed and pillows were more comfortable than many hotels i've stayed in 4 times the price, the wifi was strong and fast and the tv was larger than most hotels

pool had been closed, they just got it up and running but the temp was to cold for an indoor pool

the room layout, perfect bed for sleeping, full size appliances, laundry basket for clothes, fully stocked kitchen, etc

it was pet friendly and offered free laundry.

we loved that the bedrooms were separated from the living room/kitchen

only thing i didn't like was the breakfast could of been better

kitchen area was disgusting

i had to drive an hour away to take my kid to va beach because your pool was closed the entire time of our stay

very friendly staff, close to many attractions and very nice (but small) pool.

i also liked the fully equipped kitchen, and close proximity to the local

fancy at candlewood suite, but again very clean and each room also comes with a fully equipped kitchenette and full size refrigerator so you'll never miss out on a home cooked meal

when you enter you are fooled to believe it is clean because they keep the laundry room open to circulate a fresh smell

beautifully peacefully located on a golf course

we only had breakfast at the restaurant but the food was good

they take dogs up to 70 lbs, and the pet fee is extremely reasonable

the restaurant floor was sticky the knives were dirty the bar was never open

that top golf was 20 minutes away and we had the chance to have a fun time there.

i also like the fact that it had a working on site laundry facility

of the gym equipment was broken and no lights on pool area

kids unattended in tiny pool and gym area

wifi was very week signal and slow in our room on 7th floor

could not get in contact with room service, had to call desk 5x to get room service

when he got home and checked his statement there were charges from the bar or restaurant that were not from us

of course room service might be an option but i didn t see anything about that in the room

nice staff, clean room and pool. yummy breakfast with a lot of options. liked the hotel a lot.
