wish the pool water was a lil warmer! since it was cold! outside

its close to family we visit regularly, it has a good bar area with friendly staff

the front desk staff, to the housekeeping crews, to the food services; to the parking lot facilities; to the upgrades and modifications done since my previous stay almost a year

neighbors were loud having sex next door to me and my kids, very disruptive

have a designated area away from the main entrance for the benefit of non-smokers and those with kids or breathing issues

booked this hotel because it had a pool

i had to use lobby restroom due to privacy, so kids don't walk in

we paid for some amenities such as the bar and pool, and they were not available.

pool was dirty

the restaurant floor was sticky the knives were dirty the bar was never open

breakfast, gym

the pool and the hot tub. it was nice and quiet, and calm.

that top golf was 20 minutes away and we had the chance to have a fun time there.

they goofed up on the king size bed with spa tub and gave us a regular room with a king size bed, they fixed it but blamed it was

did not like how my partner and i booked a room with a spa bath tub in booking

the pool was exceptionally clean

additionally the use of the outdoor pool at the next door hotel was perfect along with the indoor pool at this hotel

thought the breakfast was included in the cost for the room

the bar , pool and exercise room were all comfortable

there were kids running up and down the hall every night we were there

breakfast was excellent, i never been to a place where you had eggs, sausage and grits

the only negative was that my kids said the pool was a-little too cold for them.

she didn t want to deal with us, she made us go downstairs to get the sheets cuz there were no room service so we offered to get the sheets and do it

thy closed the pool down due to the storm outside and it was an indoor pool

bar/restaurant was disappointing the bartender gave us check before we finished our food and drinks

the breakfast bagels were very stale.

only thing i was a little disappointed about was how the spa or hot tub next to pool was not hot

the breakfast could have been better for sure. a milk dispenser is needed at this location.
