time here, stay every year fort a charity golf outing

year we have stayed here for a golf outing nearby

are repeat customer as a group come out to hamilton to play golf and this is only place we stay

everything - service, food, gym, accommodations, location to the wedding venue.

love the grill and bar inside the hotel, the bartender was over the top and food was delicious

didn't like breakfast the location is great.

the amount of chlorine in the pool

this is not the place to go if you are expecting great breakfast.

they had a pool

all breakfast items out on time when breakfast starts and ready to go.

wifi too weak to use, no local tv stations, no major networks, phone didn't work, plugs literally

been alright if guests could control their kids

gave me a double bed room for me and my kids on the second floor which i don't recommend for anyone unless you are a drug addict

the staff was amazing from the front desk all the way up to the bar they were all great

i wish there was a curfew for kids under 18 for the jacuzzi/pool.

there were kids yelling as late as 1am in the hallway.

kids shouldn’t be allowed in the jacuzzi area after a certain time

my party and i was very uncomfortable and nervous because of the number of kids without parental/adult supervision especially with one or two little ones not even being 3ft

that is all i liked oh yeah laundry room that was ok

the hotel has a indoor and outdoor pool, the rooms were great beds so, so comfy

i couldnt take our breakfast back to the room with us and the pool was closed

at the waterpark, very little adult supervision of kids and kiddie pool was freezing
