the room service and no pizza :

breakfast was amazing

small shallow pool. kids were not impressed.

the pool was very small but entertained the kids for a short time.

wifi should be included, and the valet is pricey.

we had so much room and enjoyed our in room bar area

paid wifi, busy valet line.

but that comes with having a nice bar and restaurant in the building

lovely, the rooms were big, clean & beautiful, the entrance and out back were fun and gave the kids great play time, great pool hours, convenient snack bar and an easy walk across the bridge to

we took advantage of the golf cart transportation to and from the game

getting back was a little more difficult but they had given us a number of a young man that did golf carts from to and from the hotel so we were able to have him come and pick us up since the

when staying at hotel everyone should be provided breakfast, paying $-- for 2 nights no room service staying two nights

wasn t super pleased with having to pay for parking

wish it had a hot tub or sauna for adults to enjoy while kids swim.

beds were very comfortable and my kids really enjoyed the lights that changed colors on the outside of the building

we were celebrating my daughters 14th birthday and miss betty made sure our room had the best wifi (essential to teens) our room was immaculate and cozy (-)wifi was slow and didn t like staff knocking on door at 935am wanting us to leave. (-)wifi service was very poor (-)the wifi sucks! (-) the best wifi connection around (-)wifi wouldn t work on the 17th floor, was told because of location of satellites or something on (-)the wifi parking fee luggage cart tire was flat. people smoking on balcony (-)balcony was very small, wifi sucks, over priced (+) wifi was good

don't like the parking is way too far and i didn't understand why kids were in the pool area without an

pool was soooooo cold

negative was that we got to breakfast at about 8:50, and at 9:00 a staff member came in and just immediately started taking

my last stay there was a very large group of sports parents/kids who literally took over the lobby for their own personal hours-long party place, drinking
