the bar downstairs is good

the location was good and easy to find bar/cafeteria downstairs allowed early check in

noted by other people, the room was passable but the downstairs bar is appalling

the cleaning girl was very apologetic but when i explained what had happened to the staff at the bar they said i should have asked for a mop and bucket

the morning shift we shouldn't be charged for that evening, to the older gentleman working in the bar that made sure our coffees were not charged as we had already paid the parking we did not used

during the big san lorenzo festival), and the restaurant ticked all the boxes for adults and kids alike

second time i have stayed here both times mini bar not working

the overall experience (i was traveling with 3 kids) was great

it is a classic hotel with good size rooms and a beautiful pool

the room was spacious with lovely interesting view all topped off by a wonderful jacuzzi spa bath

we ended up taking the suite (at special price too) with a huge bath/spa in the middle of the room

only problem is that the bar and restaurant only open mon - friday

sweets the staff of the buffet breakfast is very friendly especially the two moroccans guys the room service food is good as we a muslim we order a vegetarian dishes such as

spa was superb, staff really excellent, and location perfect

do have remotes) anyway, this didn't spoil any of our stay though, and we will return to hotel spa la casa mudejar

was great as i was working at the golf club near-by

lack of kitchen personnel between 10 and 20, no bar to have drinks or tea and no room service

not possible to get a coffee until 11 when the bar opens

the staff at front desk and bar were really friendly, they made me feel l was valued as a guest

tries to save money by not puting water on a daily basis in your room and not changing the soap bar even if it is almost finished
