there were breakfast and dinner menus in the room too that explained the surcharge for room service if i ordered any

the gym was simple but always available.

kids were afraid of being lock in bathroom

has the key to the room in the lobby that has the only microwave so i had to order food for my kids when i already had food i just needed to warm it up the ice machine kept breaking down and the

… room location was really bad … with kids and it was so cold … room heat was off

gym was small not a lot of equipment

plenty of parking space and importantly for us very close to the bethpage golf courses

parking situation is a little tricky as far as finding a space at night but it worked out fine

than that the hotel was extremely clean the staff was amazing they are so accommodating and the room service was also great the manager caitlin corbett is super sweet and so understanding she

enjoyed the bar area but i really feel that the price of drinks was ridiculous

absolutely amazing she saw i was traveling with 3 kids and put us in the perfect room near the pool

staff was great as was the lobby bar and free breakfast also very convenient walking distance to roslyn village

the room was a little small and there is no pool just a gym and a giant courtyard but who cares about a courtyard in the fall/winter time
