lady a very clean and beautiful place on the ocean a nice big room that had coffee a complete kitchen with a stove like a little sweet or a person could stay and feel comfortable

exactly as we expected an old florida beachfront room to be, but as a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and 2 sitting areas and spacious closets, it's great value for a family

there is not a gym at the hotel but you can get a day pass to the awesome gym next door, cocoa beach health &

breakfast was good, the pool was nice, and my kids really enjoyed swimming

the pool area was very well-kept and didn't reek of too much chlorine like so many other hotel pools

wash cloths, toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner/soap and had to go to the front desk and the laundry room area to ask for those items

could walk to several fun locations such as the beach and mini-golf

the only thing i didn't like about the hotel wad the pool. under the parking garage ☹

the hotel is next to a cannabis shop which is not safe for families with kids, i would never recommend this hotel at all
