we went to a minie golf near by and we did other things

the pool area was clean and well stocked with towels

visitors in hallway; room service forgot multiple things every time we ordered--silverware, etc

my kids loved it

we came back & kids swam while we enjoyed birthday drinks with live music at the tiki bar with very awesome server

other tourist attractions like crazy golf and restaurants close by

a golf cart would be nice

you need a golf cart

it would be helpful if the hotel acquired a golf cart type vehicle to transport guests to their buildings

we were able to do an early check in after a terrible day prior of travel

my kids were obsessed with the huge aquarium

this hotel is within walking distance of any store you would want, a mini golf course and mist importantly, the beach

mini golf next door has the local breweries beer on tap

the room's are big and airconditioned, the kitchen has everything you need

there wasn't an ice bucket in our room, the breakfast was not good at all, the pool wasn't heated and was freezing

fact that we couldn’t partake in the free hot breakfast, but due to covid we understood

large group was in your hotel from a baseball league and the chaos with the kids and noise and nonsense was non-stop for 3 of my 5 day stay

we wanted to enjoy ourselves outside longer but it was just too cool out for her and the grand kids

more pool chairs are needed to accommodate the residents.

the kids/family friendly beach

to the beach was a little awkward, in that you had to go through the pool area, and that is locked at night

bar and bar food was excellent and really close to pool and beach

spacious and comfortable rooms great hot breakfast plenty of free parking has a heated pool

i asked for towels for the pool and was asked to bring our dirty towels to the laundry

breakfast was pretty good and being near many convenient stores were pretty helpful

chipped from painting, furniture in bathroom chipped & scratched, no bathroom fan, lights dull, room service out of selections, pool rusty, fence around the pool rusty, the pool in & of itself

we used the shuttle to the airport and james was great

shuttle can take you to pretty much all the great places to visit near by.

the pools and the sitting area outside was great for reading

it was very clean and quiet they had room service and bar so i didn t have to go out .

are nice but our room had a connecting door to the adjacent room where they had 2 adults and two kids and the door did not provide sufficient noise insulation
