close to the outlet village for my wife whilst i had a relaxing round of golf we have stayed there before and will definitely go

arrival we were made to feel really welcome, settled in the bar for a few drinks and nibbles before going to our spacious room

the bar is just what we expected, comfortable with a good selection of beers and wine

only slight issue was that it took a long time to get served at the bar as only 2 staff were serving and people from the large group were ordering very large rounds

the rooms were clean modern and bright and loved the balcony overlooking the golf course

stayed with colleagues & customers for a golf day. most staff were very friendly.

the hotel was so cute, the breakfast room was lovely and had a great range of breakfast items

surprised by the generous snacks provided in the room, the well-equipped facilities, and the warm breakfast served every morning, which was included in the package

the public bar is a little small for the number of customers they get but nobody seems to mind and i certainly

our room was just outside the bar rear exit i would imagine it could be noisy on a busy night

is not the hotels fault but sunday morning 7am - parents decided to let their kids wonder the hallway and continuously go back and forth into their room

thought charging an extra fee for room service was a bit weird

the pool was great fun with the kids and had hot tub, steam room and sauna too

was good, a large and clean room, splendid breakfast buffet, plenty of parking spaces and the thames river path is a perfect way to the city

requested when booking just to receive confirmation regarding parking which they did

openly vaping in the bar was a no no for me

we had good wifi so we could watch tv on our ipads so all good

there was plenty of car parking, some in front of the building and another car park behind

the main accommodation is in a separate building adjacent to the inn, with plenty of car parking spaces

it would have been useful to have a golf umbrella to get get to room1 in the rain

great character, great food, and our room was great for the kids.

in particular, ollie the bar manager and ruby the waitress were helpful and friendly

atmosphere, lovely old romantic rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and fantastic dinner

parking in front of the hotel was very limited and no one told us there was another larger car park

parking, exceptional room, attentive but non intrusive staff, out of this world food, excellent

car parking undertaken by trained staff
