the big swimming pool, serene and tasteful room decor and your very helpful, cheerful and accommodating staff

an outside service for laundry and no money retention in check-in

cleanliness. the pool, sauna and gym were opened this time. we love it

i was working • the tv cable connection cuts out unless adjusted repeatedly • noise from the gym weights dropping reverberates throughout the building • requests for room changes were met

lots of parking in a lot around back, also at at cost

the indoor pool is next to gym, cozy and good enough for relaxing or playing with kids

we had to go down 9 floors with 3 kids and all our luggage using the stairs

breakfast for kids is very very limited, and if they want the buffet, they have to pay a full adult price

the location close to convenience store and wifi.

early check in was available, we drove from nova scotia 12 hours and were exhausted but great

opening hours of swimming pool and fitness rather limited

the pool was closed for some work. my grandchildren were disappointed.

restaurant was closed, the gym is pretty ancient although location is great and staff is helpful

location, room comfort and cleanliness. staff great. free parking.

all really good - but stand outs were the amazing beds, big gym and nice person on reception

had a really lovely stay with our two kids

the gym was too narrow and no bars

the pool and sunny area are beautiful unfortunately the rooftop hot tub was out of service.
