airport shuttle, amazing hot breakfast, excellent noise isolation, great swimming pool, very welcoming

i found the service a little slow in the bar area where we ate dinner.

we had to go down 9 floors with 3 kids and all our luggage using the stairs

location, shuttle, pool, gym, room and overall comfort was great. friendly staff.

for kids was free and great since i was traveling with 5 kids so i had to pay for my

really enjoyed using the gym, hot tub, pool and sauna

the shuttle advertised was not running at the time, leaving us late at night waiting with little kids for no reason at the shuttle stop

security friendly staff well equipped suites very clean pool and gym close to shopping and

i was billed for a chocolate bar i did not eat this was resolved after a phone call

who helped us find what we needed in montreal, and ekaterina at the front desk and jane in the bar who were extremely helpful as well

watch your kids when they're using the television

fridge with room rate, only 1 day of wifi

wifi was not available we tried serial times

every time we wanted to have second cup, we had to call room service asking for more cups

the placement of the built-in closet and wet bar area by the bathroom is great, and really helps make the room more spacious

the bar was great for a small dinner after a late arrival
