loved the water park and the staff. the arcade was nice as well.

only complaint we had was the pool was a little on the cool side

and thank you very much to alissa for the early check in so we could get ready for a wedding nearby very much

she was taking care of everything, including hotel laundry as well as helping customers

we didn't need the pool or anything, but if our kids were little and with us it would have been even more perfect

staff members went above and beyond, especially the shuttle drivers

loved the shuttle service. our driver was wonderful. got to see lots of fun places in desmoines.

the location was perfect for us as we wanted to be near the des moines golf and country club

appointment was early and with one call we were checking into our room hours early

laundry facilities - the vending machines ran out of detergent and its been two days now without

noisy. out room was next to laundry facilities.
