didn't try to swim, as it was an outdoor pool

breakfast was very good.

gym was basic with some cardio equipment and some cable weights

rooms have a full kitchen

they provided a flyer at check-in with the wifi password, breakfast and pool times without having to ask

i also enjoyed the breakfast and easy check in

two washers were broken in the laundry room leaving two that did work

though all three pools were open, the pool was very crowded and there were children in the pool who were bumping

the kids didn't eat the breakfast i bought them (for $100), and at night

room service was very expensive

i was able to do early check in and was close to the campus to make the football game with the family

the refrigerator stunk and didn t work, and two hours before it was time for me to check out room service kept knocking on my door to ask me if i m staying or checking out every 30mins

the staff was most accommodating and the airport shuttle service was great

no ice l, most of the services where unavailable like food and the gym was closed

sizeable room. hotel restaurant had pretty good food and room service.

to start i was supposed to get a 2 bed bedroom and didn't my kids have to sleep in the bed sofa, very uncomfortable

comfortable bed, great gym, felt safe with staff & valet parking & area, nice looking hotel, quiet elevator, good shower

they had a really good breakfast that was included with the room which we were really surprised

the breakfast was delicious and the 360 bar is awesome

facilities were still open till late at night and even being able to use the gym at 1am was pretty surreal

alone, away from the kids

didn't use any of the other facilities or amenities offered like the gym etc as we were just staying overnight

accomadated us for 2 beds, high floor and late check out

wasn't very helpful, i requested for early check in one month in advance and than on the day of the arrival

from the the doorman, to the front desk, to the coeannng staff they are setting the bar high in this highly competitive market

restaurant wonderful and bar downstairs warm and friendly

we use it as the golf standard by which all other hotels are judged

beautiful hotel, lobby, bar & large room.

staff was super accommodating, room service was quick, room was a decent size, comfy bed

they gave my kids activity bags which they enjoyed and came in very handy

it was our first time away from kids in years

the little extras-the grab and go breakfast, the refillable water bottle, that they have a gym in sf, the voucher for a snack from their convenience section, the wine hour, the fortune

location and cleanliness modern. price and no pet fee were huge great deal.

rooms are very small, as is the gym

coffee and breakfast were good to get us going and wine in afternoon was a great bonus!
