the food at the restaurant and bar were excellent and so convenient

restaurant wonderful and bar downstairs warm and friendly

staff have always been great with early check in and providing a room with a view

the gym was good and their complimentary coffee was too

from the the doorman, to the front desk, to the coeannng staff they are setting the bar high in this highly competitive market

wasn't very helpful, i requested for early check in one month in advance and than on the day of the arrival
