the hotel and casino staff are courteous and friendly

resort/casino in wetumpka is newer and much better than the ine in montgomery

location and time on check out. the breakfast is good.

not all staff that knowledgable (one didn't know directions to legacy museum) roof-top bar for over 21's only so we couldn't enjoy that as a family (not advised in advance)

additionally, the hotel-desk-clerks are proud to give different answers on whether or not the laundry facilities are working

they didn’t change the sheets after the last people that stayed there, since they didn’t have laundry facilities to clean them

i had inquired about the pet policy with the spa room ahead of time and was told it was not a problem, but upon arrival was told we could not
