cleanliness-gym was from the 1950’s treadmill broken not safe to use

breakfast buffet fulfilled needs for morning before checkout, providing cereal, fruit and juice

was really great from check-in to the really comfy and clean beds, check-out and the breakfast

we liked the fact we could walk to a thai restaurant nearby and the laundry room onsite was very handy for us

hot breakfast was included, with many options

the kitchen area had all appliances and necessities

it was an actual suite/studio with a small kitchenette.

i liked the pool, it was very clean. our king-sized bed was super confortable.

the pool isn't heated which was fine on a hot day but may be too cold on a cooler day

i had trouble using the hotel wifi and a staff member took the time to sit with me and work out the problem

hated having to remember to re-log into the wifi constantly- every time we left or a certain amount of time had passed

cost of food at snack bar, paying for parking, paying for wifi, the cost of breakfast, no menu for breakfast to see what to have cook make

pleasant hotel close to city center, handy to mall. helpful staff, clean facility and has a pool

we get into 1 room, couldn't find an ice bucket; send one of our kids down for one for each room and the front desk women tells them no and hands them just 1 to

the pool was nice for the kids. the room was a decent size.

have the hot tub closed for covid-19 reasons but no masks are required, nor is the pool or gym closed so it seems like an excuse

nice breakfast

the room was awesome, and all of the amenities (pool, gym, terrace) were exceptional

forget to bring a bathing suit, i didn't like the fact that i didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub

their website said they had amenities that they did not have (laundry).

there were no laundry bags

walking distance you will find, the market place with local shops, an aquatic museum for the kids, a pier to bike ride and a local park for little ones

pool was very nice clean-nice hot tub

didn't like that the bar and restaurant weren't open on sunday

couldn't use pool or hot tub as they were fully reserved when we arrived and i understand the covid restrictions

friendly staff with a lovely bar in the lobby area

the pool. for the price of the stay, i wish it had a better pool facility.

the gym was good for our needs

staff did not turn on the outdoor fire pits with 15 minutes left of having the outdoor bar being open

the coffee bar right outside my room!

was very well maintained and had a good range of facilities, including a gym that was open 24 hours (most close at 10pm)

to make an appointment to swim in the pool and use the gym blocks of an hour were offered and there were 2 different families aloud in at one time

proximity to airport and shuttle were great

amenities were wonderful our kids loved the pool, and the workout area was clean and well maintained

no maid service couch had no back cushions only one working washing machine in laundry

the pool opens at 6am and no one seemed to mind a bunch of kids making noise in the pool that early

we are still paying the same price to stay but yet didn’t have access to the pool or gym

extra shout out to rick, the resident mixologist at the bar who was super engaging and friendly

only complaint was that we requested a room on the first floor so our kids wouldnt make noise above someone else

gentleman that helped us went above and beyond with some lovely slight of hand tricks which my kids loved
