cost of the nearest alternate accommodations, i walked into a living room with fireplace, full kitchen, and a beautiful bedroom

plenty of room. lots of dvds for the kids to watch in the down time.

we liked the fact we could walk to a thai restaurant nearby and the laundry room onsite was very handy for us

they have coffee available in the lobby what seems like 24/7 and a a standard complimentary hotel breakfast each morning

i understand pool hours are for safety but would have liked to go later at night passed 10.

we are still paying the same price to stay but yet didn’t have access to the pool or gym

i really have is that the hallways needed a serious vacuuming and there was an overflowing laundry hamper in the hallway that sat there from the time we checked in around dinner time on

i used the airport shuttle the next morning, and is the main reason i always choose to stay at this hotel when i'm in

to make an appointment to swim in the pool and use the gym blocks of an hour were offered and there were 2 different families aloud in at one time

i had trouble using the hotel wifi and a staff member took the time to sit with me and work out the problem

unit is very spacious with adequate supplies of kitchen utensils and bathroom supplies

minor point, there is a convenience fee for the pool and gym that we didn't use.

nights because of a uconn fraternity and sorority gathering where horribly rude and loud college kids partied from room to room all night long over the weekend throughout the floors and

the gym facilities are fantastic

food menu in the bar was rather limited - maybe offer some more healthy dishes

staff did not turn on the outdoor fire pits with 15 minutes left of having the outdoor bar being open

we enjoyed drinks and snacks in the outdoor bar area that has a slight view of the lake, but there's also a 2nd floor terrace/gathering space

the gym was so-so. the ayer/tea bar ran out of chamomile/caffeine free tea bags.

clean, modern, nice view, great hug bathroom and nice little bar in the lobby with live music

valet parking and the lounge. geoff at the bar introduced us to an awesome wine.

no free breakfast. like outdoor pool instead of indoor and very unhappy have to pay for parking.

a place for couples, hotel was full of young loud kids all weekend for a hockey tournament, it would have been good to know

table was not cleaned quickly and having three kids in a crowded dining room was difficult

gentleman that helped us went above and beyond with some lovely slight of hand tricks which my kids loved
