to beach, beach loungers, umbrellas, quiet complex, 2 pool areas, outdoor bar and restaurant, excellent staff and very clean/comfortable condo

lack of wi fi, limited menus, bar and restaurant closed early.

the staff at the pelican bar were ok and one or two stood out but one was less than happy with his job

breakfast was wonderful. concierge service was been good helped with all our needs and wants.

however it was q quiet resort more for couples than families with young kids

more variety at the breakfast bar would be nice. slippers in the rooms would be nice.

staff is excellent. rooms are apartments and have plenty of room, nice kitchen. very nice.

wish there were more bar options at the pool/beach, but again their sister locations have it and it was really nice

there was a beach bar located right on the property which was not only convenient but it also offered the best beach

shuttle service from sister resorts did not run often enough especially in the evening during

kids everywhere

the shuttle that allows you to go to the sister resort mitigated that, but we felt that all the

staff was friendly and the shuttle to the sister resort was timely and allowed you to take advantage of additional restaurants

resort has a 2 sister resorts with free shuttle could take you there and enjoy the restaurant and the poor at those locations and the

dreadful at times waiting for food & drinks on the beach or at the pool

breakfast could be more elaborated but overall was a great stay

the continental breakfast was also excellent and plentiful

we had spa services and loved our massages

since the people are so great at zenza, they’ll take you to the beach and pick you up in their golf cart

swimming pool is not good at all however with so many pristine beaches around it's not the worst thing in

supermarket 5 mins away and multiple beaches just a short drive for variety (10mins) they have golf carts to take you the the closest beach if you didn’t drive or wherever else you want to go

the room was bigger than expected with laundry machine, towels, and everything you need for your stay

yet the owner lives in one of the villas and has two dogs that must have been unattended as they barked for a couple hours one afternoon on their deck

the little plunge pool in the villa was a kids magnet, although mine are a lot older

would update one of the bedrooms so you don’t have 2 bedrooms that are decorated for little kids

the villa has its own mini pool that we all enjoyed, especially the kids

great location. great facilities. kids loved the kayaks. food was delicious.
