we loved the king suite and spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub

the breakfast in the am wasn't just bagels and coffee but a full hot breakfast

everything was great and the breakfast was fantastic

we could even ask, she upgraded us to an accessible room, which also was perfect for having 3 kids, including a 1 year old

the pool is cracked and has been that way for a long, over 2 years, there’s no resturant, no gym, no snack bar, this property charges still for amenities that it no longer has, and the owner

that the pool was under maintenance .

at the hotel i found up some guests that were on the same flight as us and actually got the hotel shuttle, and arrived at the hotel way earlier than us

signs and floor plans put up to help customers find their way around the hotel and get to your pool, front desk, ect from their rooms

just letting their kids run in front of everyones door screaming and carrying on

smoke smell in the rooms was terrible. kids couldn’t fall asleep

there were people hanging around outside the rooms, smoking and swearing at their little kids

if you did not pay for wifi than it was very slow and hard to use.

i was having an issue with wifi connection on my end and the staff was amazing
