the beds are comfortable, the rooms are always clean, service is friendly, and the gym is good enough

i arrived around 11pm needing a late check out next day in order to arrive at a late meeting

the clean room & the warm pool

smoke smell in the rooms was terrible. kids couldn’t fall asleep

there were people hanging around outside the rooms, smoking and swearing at their little kids

just letting their kids run in front of everyones door screaming and carrying on

staff was great. spa was a nice feature. breakfast was satisfactory.

since the pool is open from 8am to 11pm, the gym is also open during pool hours

reserved last night, then i called to see what time pool and spa closed they said not working, so i wanted to cancelled it they wouldn’t, i never stay there

that was one of the reasons i chose that hotel so my kids could go swimming

downstairs nobody was around to help me find something, there were absolutely no channels for my kids, the breakfast was terrible
