kitchen door was left open so all the brooms and mops were visible which detracted from the dining

my favorite part was the view from the balcony and also complimentary breakfast every morning

just wish they took better notice when snowing and please fix by the pool stairs many little kids someone is going to get really hurt

we liked the fact we could walk to a thai restaurant nearby and the laundry room onsite was very handy for us

breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to have a good meal

they have coffee available in the lobby what seems like 24/7 and a a standard complimentary hotel breakfast each morning

i understand pool hours are for safety but would have liked to go later at night passed 10.

we are still paying the same price to stay but yet didn’t have access to the pool or gym

the pool opens at 6am and no one seemed to mind a bunch of kids making noise in the pool that early

hated having to remember to re-log into the wifi constantly- every time we left or a certain amount of time had passed

wifi access and lobby restroom access cutoff immediately upon key return at checkout

i had trouble using the hotel wifi and a staff member took the time to sit with me and work out the problem

spa wasn't working

the bathroom was tiny, two of us couldn’t get in there, parents trying to bathe their kids would really struggle

the pool and hot tub were very nice and the food was excellent

megan was extremely helpful. our view was phenomenal!! loved the coffee bar .

over, food pieces and chnapagne glasses laying around, some with alcohol in them unattended with kids around

the gym was so-so. the ayer/tea bar ran out of chamomile/caffeine free tea bags.
