20 minutes from casino

place ever i was so uncomfortable i had to go buy my own cleaning products before allowing my kids to stay there

location to casinos was good.

there was kids jumping all day until about 12pm and i called the desk 2 times to complain

the groton submarine base, and not far from the mystic and new london attractions as well as the casinos

having a full kitchen is exactly what we needed

location was excellent! full kitchen was a bonus!

other reviews had mentioned lack of kitchen equipment, etc

it was very clean especially the pool.

hotel has a pool and gym which are both great

there were also laundry facilities, which i did not use but thought were a nice touch

i really liked the amenities, i used the gym and the indoor pool and got to play the grand piano

our 2 towels if we brought two down and then they said they had to wait cause they were in laundry

the laundry area was right across from our room and the employees were very loud, speaking to each

the woman who works in the evening is very helpful and they gave me a late check out.

the wifi was down which made planning other parts of my trip very difficult

- it was dirty had unsafe neighboring people in rooms and we didn't sleep much out of kids safety

first when we got there we thought the room was really clean then the kids went to get into the bed and it was filled with urine from the previous people i went to

last minute thing but the staff really made it quick and easy and convenient they even gave us a late check
