no towels in the pool area

there wasn't any towels in the pool area and when i went to the front desk to ask for some they gave us blue towels with bleach

there wasn't much at breakfast for a vegan.

was friendly, breakfast was good

( dirty sheets, kitchen dirty, fridge had spills in it, drawers had food, dirty dishes in dishwasher) even the one

pool closed due to ? covid

the pool was freezing! we had to ask to warm it up.

i also didn't like the fact that i called over the phone and was told the pool was closed but when i ask at the hotel i found it was opened
