couldn't sleep due to room right next to laundry room and front desk

family and i liked that the location made laundry and food services accessible

there was no pool open, no breakfast was high in refined sugars with no protein available

would have liked a better breakfast but these seem to have gone away with the onset of the covid pandemic

continental breakfast could of had more choices

breakfast it was bad if you want to call a breakfast it was a great place but we won't stay there

breakfast was extremely limited due to their covid-19 constraints there was no kleenex in the room

i never did not try the wifi

wifi a little weak. would have liked a microwave in the room.

impossible to get stood, then crashed to the floor while ironing, and most importantly, the wifi wasn't working correctly

the king casita is a mini apartment/suite with kitchen, living, and bedroom

included breakfast was top-notch highly recommend special order per person and you got a latte

the sofa bed for our kids was ok

solved a room capacity issue in a friendly and proactive manner, excellent restaurant and bar and the location can't be beat for a great tourist experience

i arrived in town at 10am and had to wait until 4pm to check in as they wouldn’t accommodate an early check in

i had a kitchenette and a small outdoor patio which i used every day

fe until well after midnight, but the night manager made sure to meet us and helped us arrange a late check out for the next day
