(+)customer service from all staff, especially when i had a problem with wifi access on my phone (+) the wifi could be stronger, but worked fine for a 2 hour zoom call (+) our room was lovely and modern, clean, in room wifi, comfy bed, good easy to use tv, heating/cooling system, lots of tea/coffee/hot chocolate (-)wifi in the room was not that great, breaking many times, sometimes during video calls (+) good wifi (-)wifi gave problem , very slow and frustrating.

very responsive at all hours and gave me complementary late check out

window, the small strip at the top which did not have obscured glass, looked out onto an internal laundry

i didn't use the restaurant but good to know it was there and there is room service which i didn't use but again, nice to have

i did try to do some work from room, but wifi was intermittent.

enjoyed our stay, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, a huge variety in breakfast, good wifi signal, easy to find
