i was in a room on the top floor and there was no wifi signal.

the wifi worked

television is outdated and choice of channels limited. wifi was not accessible

(+)customer service from all staff, especially when i had a problem with wifi access on my phone (+) the wifi could be stronger, but worked fine for a 2 hour zoom call (+) our room was lovely and modern, clean, in room wifi, comfy bed, good easy to use tv, heating/cooling system, lots of tea/coffee/hot chocolate (-)wifi in the room was not that great, breaking many times, sometimes during video calls (+) good wifi (-)wifi gave problem , very slow and frustrating.

nothing negative to say. i had a really good clean room. gym was alright.. friendly staff.

property was very clean would like more selection in restaurants and bar but close enough to go else

the rooms were equipped with clean bathroom, nice bed, fridge, wifi, tv and cereal/tea/coffee/milk/juice, but also a little kitchen if you actually wanted to cook

the place was nice, neat and clean but the wifi wasn't working.

should have been a teaspoon to stir the coffee and there were no instructions regarding the wifi although i noticed this was on my booking confirmation
