disabled room no wifi

unfortunately we had wifi issues while we were there and it was a little noisy at times.

the wifi wasn't super easy to connect to, nor was it particularly fast when i did.

loved the tea and coffee making facilities and breakfast hamper delivered to our door was very well enjoyed

had a lovely cosy bar and resturant area

a large group of us had breakfast to celebrate a family birthday and it was excellent

the staff, reception, manager bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help

the waitress was appalling when she was asked questions, no movement on meals, especially for kids, they are as they come, food was very adequate

and did a lot of swearing i was not offended by this but i an shure a couple with young kids checking in at the bar were not very comfortable with it

breakfast was included and it was definitely worth it as we had full english breakfast and the kids had pancakes i definitely recommend it, i’ve stayed at shah of persia many times

i were to be really picky, the car park was fairly small but there is plenty of local parking

kids bed decent and comfy too

one of the highlights for me was definitely the swimming pool and spa

the swimming pool was great for the kids, the gym facilities were good and the breakfast/restaurant food was great

on their face, the beds were very comfy ( i must find out where they get the pillows) and the kids pool was a lovely temperature which made it so enjoyable for my young children
