friendly/welcoming staff, clean rooms, plunge pool, dining options, drinks, beaches

this is a small development with just one bar/restaurant and a small pool as part of the main complex

at breakfast you request a time slot for your lunch and dinner, but you can stay at your table as long

choice of options for breakfast was good.

casey and leston would always be on hand to make us the most delicious drinks by the pool at the bar and on the beach

the beach is very pleasant as is the main pool area and the staff extremely courteous

should be freely available everywhere, main pool ought to be lit up in the evening to create better ambiance in the bar area, evening

staff super friendly and knowledgeable, the location, the facilities, the pool, beautiful beaches with plenty of

the pool area was glorious, the rooms comfortable and just a two min walk from a little beach which was

staff were lovely, great large pool, excellent tennis courts.

the tennis court and gym were perfect to dip into if we were feeling the need

lovely pool, quiet and a minute’s walk to the shore where i watched many different birds and wind

crawlbay is a real haven for us to hang out at with a great pool and tennis court to chill round with the family , just what we needed and we can’t wait to

kids club disaster they activities don’t happen and all they do is having kids watch movies

with a comfortable sitting area, balcony overlooking the sea and with their own dedicated pool/bar areas - importantly these are over 18 only areas which helps with the 'relaxation' aspect

there were plenty of places to get a drink, overall the skills of the bar tenders were not up to even a modest standard

very well equipped gym

some guests are long stay/regulars and welcomed us over breakfast and invited us to dinner with them if we liked

the breakfast was always plentiful and is self serve, we were never hungry after breakfast

breakfast was wonderful too with a grand view

10 minute walk to all bars and resturants, 15 minutes walk to beach

on same level as newly opened bar & close to abracadabra, so you can hear the

listing claims bar and 2 restaurants onsite, none of which are actually open/functioning

the staff i think made the trip, they were really friendly - everyone from the parking attendant to the waitress at breakfast was warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble

the resort also provides a secure parking to their clients

the room was very spacious and comfortable; the pool was small but lovely; the view over the marina, whilst not the beachside tropical paradise one

primarily on style rather than practicality, particular with regards to lighting in the kitchen area and bathroom basin area

great rooms and pool. restaurant was excellent. location perfect for english harbour.

arrived on time to the constant sound of builders working literally next to the spa using hammer drills and banging

adults only, so no screaming children around

were fantastic, could not do enough - location and sitting area at bar were heaven - amazing

second visit to this adults only resort & spa and we both simply love this place

almost left without having the breakfast coupled with this we were the only one waiting for breakfast

in the morning, we enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast and then explored the restored sugar mill that sits right on the property and has great

friendly staff and very good breakfast

the only thing is that this hotel is not close to the beach, it has a nice pool but not too big.

my room had a view on the pool and a nice patio area surrounded by a garden with lots of fruit trees

rooms are clean and well furnished, with a decent pool and the best beach access on the whole bay (quiet enough to be relaxed and not feel crowded

the kitchen area is pretty well

the bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed

we especially liked the fact that they were kitchenette apartments - which made us feel more like we lived here & less like we were just

also good amount of free car parking for guests if you have a rental car

plenty of parking space and free of charge

parking could be a little better arranged, as when we arrived no-one had a key for the gate and we

parking was free and plentiful, if you rent a car

wifi was ok but not sufficient for streaming
