some of the entertainment staff (pool aerobics, & karaoke & late entertainment staff were often non inclusive, & slightly rude

room was spacious with great views over the bay

at times there seemed to be too many people for the facilities open at any one time, particularly breakfast and on beach party night

food was also hit or miss —one of the restaurants was not great so we just stopped going —the breakfast was however amazing

there were plenty of places to get a drink, overall the skills of the bar tenders were not up to even a modest standard

the staff i think made the trip, they were really friendly - everyone from the parking attendant to the waitress at breakfast was warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble

they also have a fully equipped kitchen

room was very large and spacious, and had excellent facilities such as a big balcony and equipped kitchen, the decor was very very bland

relaxing, rooms and swim up pool first class, staff very helpful, very nice place for a romantic holiday

this is a small development with just one bar/restaurant and a small pool as part of the main complex

they also offer enhancements, like floating breakfast, massages, private dinner, and more

the swim-up pool is great in the afternoons for relaxing

the spa massage was wonderful and we particularly enjoyed the company of leston at the bar of an evening

the beach is very pleasant as is the main pool area and the staff extremely courteous

smoking area make rooms more sound proof- could hear my neighbor’s dental routine path to gym/spa needs to be better maintained- deep puddles of water when it rains n difficulty

almost left without having the breakfast coupled with this we were the only one waiting for breakfast

the continental breakfast included in the booking and was more than adequate

the breakfast was fine but for a continental breakfast the service was exceptionally slow.

rooms are clean and well furnished, with a decent pool and the best beach access on the whole bay (quiet enough to be relaxed and not feel crowded

everything was lovely. full, well stocked kitchen in the villa and it was almost beach front!

its other side provided some charming, contemporary, music beats that could be heard from the pool, which was very fine with us, we did not feel any disturbance or anything like that

parking could be a little better arranged, as when we arrived no-one had a key for the gate and we

breakfast was not too bad, just not enough to choose from

room service consistently disappoints me as i made an order several times and they either didn t

earlier than 12:00pm but that’s just my preference as i like a snack a little while after breakfast but not to close to lunch
