love the free laundry room

little touches, foremost among those the helpful “ski valets” who offer help booting up the kids in the morning and bagging your skis/kit for safe car side delivery at checkout hour

they emailed me about christmas day gifts for the younger kids and never got anything

should open at 7 am instead of 7:30 am, particularly for those of us with kids needing to get to ski school by 8 am

great fitness, pool & outdoor hot-tub area

hospitality was amazing and breakfast was wonderful

reach our room we were instructed to walk through the kitchen, which was weird and awkward (though the kitchen was not in use at the time)

location of the breakfast was fine and the kitchen staff were friendly, informative, and talkative

a retreat for sure - spa was amazing and everyone was so friendly

basically nothing. only one laundry machine and limited detergent options, but that's a nitpick

in addition, the pet fee and policy was very reasonable

they welcomed us with our small dog for a reasonable extra pet fee

guests can use a coin operated laundry facility

the bar area is fun, the food was good, and we enjoyed good conversations there with other travelers

sometimes staying at the inn , other times simply enjoying the bar and food

our trailer had good heating and ac, an adequate kitchenette and a nice deck

staff was friendly and location was good. kitchen was well equipped.

only suggestion would have a rock path from the parking side to the other side of the rv park

the breakfasts were prepared in the awesome kitchen and included homemade delicious fresh baked muffins every morning

had a full living room, 2 en-suite bedrooms and a full kitchen

is right next to kitchen so at 7:00 in the morning you are waking up to lots of noise

comfortable rooms, large nice kitchen facilities, right in the middle of taos so you can walk to most everything

we were welcome to yhe kitchen to get plates, glasses ice

nobody can drink that stuff, maybe a keurig in the downstairs kitchen with a pod selection and individual creamers would be better

although they don't serve breakfast (due to covid), you can use their fully equipped kitchen and cook yourself (very nice addition when so many restaurants are overbooked during peak

major complaint is that parking is in the rear of the building--not ideal for a motel--so there is no way to see the car

paint peeling from the walls in a few areas grounds and parking full of weeds

sprucing up the parking lot would go a long way to making the place feel safe and more inviting

also, i could not get into the fitness center although there was no sign that said it's closed because of covid 19 issues

silly expensive food and drink. all ice makers were out of service. poor fitness center

there was no microwave but the staff encourage us to use the kitchen and dining room which was perfect

kitchenette lacked mugs, knives, forks etc for eating. shower faucet needs care.

there is no breakfast, which was fine as, after all, you're in taos, so there's michaels kitchen, the taos diner, all sorts of options

also the kitchenette in the bigger suite has no sink but the primary bedroom has two, so whoever sleeps in

having a mini-kitchenette was also very nice
