love the free laundry room

little touches, foremost among those the helpful “ski valets” who offer help booting up the kids in the morning and bagging your skis/kit for safe car side delivery at checkout hour

they emailed me about christmas day gifts for the younger kids and never got anything

should open at 7 am instead of 7:30 am, particularly for those of us with kids needing to get to ski school by 8 am

great fitness, pool & outdoor hot-tub area

of the smaller units needed more kitchen amenities and the larger units with large windows over the beds need to have some sort of

full kitchen

only recommendation would be more kitchen ware

update on some kitchen utensils

kitchen was well stocked with supplies

and substantial breakfast each morning provided by cory in the kitchen

breakfast and really nice spa robes that you can wear to and from the hot tub

however, the cook in the kitchen named cesar cooked us a little breakfast anyway

reach our room we were instructed to walk through the kitchen, which was weird and awkward (though the kitchen was not in use at the time)

only suggestion is to get the spa fixed and trim the greenery a bit so mountains are more visible

laundry facilities on property

the pool was nice

we were happily surprised to find they had a laundry room, and it was very cheap, i think $1

grounds were beautiful, the room was spacious and comfortable, it was quiet and the included breakfast was excellent

basically nothing. only one laundry machine and limited detergent options, but that's a nitpick

kitchen to table breakfast service was so amazing

desk was usually unattended, even at checkout time (and no manager could be located, even by kitchen staff)

lots of serving personnel in breakfast room and kitchen

i would prefer a more modern room with larger bath, no kitchen, and an easy chair/recliner

the breakfasts were prepared in the awesome kitchen and included homemade delicious fresh baked muffins every morning

we were there, the restaurant and bar wer being updated

sometimes staying at the inn , other times simply enjoying the bar and food

the bar area is fun, the food was good, and we enjoyed good conversations there with other travelers

also, don’t miss dining at stella’s and michael’s kitchen

breakfast because of covid however you could use the kitchen if you wanted to make your own breakfast

nobody can drink that stuff, maybe a keurig in the downstairs kitchen with a pod selection and individual creamers would be better

although they don't serve breakfast (due to covid), you can use their fully equipped kitchen and cook yourself (very nice addition when so many restaurants are overbooked during peak

is right next to kitchen so at 7:00 in the morning you are waking up to lots of noise

pool is closed for the winter but hot tub was open, pool towels available, nice to relax after a

small inn feel, very kind owner. lovely location and pool was beautiful!

the cleanliness/maintenance of the pool and hot tub was the best i have experienced

the pool and hot tub were outdoors in a beautiful setting

rooms are comfortable and we had access to hot tube and swimming pool, cleaned and well kept

paint peeling from the walls in a few areas grounds and parking full of weeds

sprucing up the parking lot would go a long way to making the place feel safe and more inviting

it is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking

major complaint is that parking is in the rear of the building--not ideal for a motel--so there is no way to see the car

the handicap room was not accessible from the handicap parking i had to be let in by a staff person it was not an independent moment i saw many other

beds and breakfast

lobby was very nice and kids liked the big pool.

dead spiders in the beds that my kids pointed out, and used sugar and creamer packets for that coffee that had never been tossed out

pool and a restaurant - if we knew, we would not book this option in the cold winter traveling w kids -- using pool was extremely inconvenient

the staff was great. the food at the bar is delicious.

too many people coming in late and talking in the parking lot.

and partied in the lobby until 11pm, our room was 101, they were extremely loud, laughing, little kids screaming and i came out to complain after 10pm and was told it was a large family gathering,

the managers kids were running around barefoot and crying

better breakfast selection would be nice.

my room was across from the pool and that got a little loud...but no big deal.

dirty in hallways gym & hallways not air conditioned - uncomfortable mirror in bathroom too high, magnifying mirror

breakfast was good, and the proximity to taos ski valley was good

the gym and pool were in great condition

i didn’t get to try the breakfast

staff was friendly and location was good. kitchen was well equipped.

the trailer was equipped with all necessary amenities including kitchen

only suggestion would have a rock path from the parking side to the other side of the rv park

yes it had a small kitchen only that the stove didn’t work at all

the novelty of staying in an rv park.
