airport shuttle was prompt and check-in was easy

morning shuttle to airport was frustrating, apparently front desk or someone gives out lots of different

the spa services were excellent

or help with parking upon arrival, no help with baggage upon check-in, very slow/understaffed bar service in the duchin bar

was so good from the shuttle, to the size of the room, to the amazing breakfast every morning

everything! breakfast was great, bed very comfy, quiet, pool and sauna always nice and clean.

breakfast was very good, but the layout isn't perfect

you can also get a daily pass to the ymca which is a very nice facility with a great lap pool

large room with door to terrace, easy access to pool, tub and laundry

location with a very warm pool and hot outdoor jacuzzi to soak away the soreness after hitting the slopes

just be a basic king bed room, turn out to have a little living area, dining table set, a little kitchen and even a fire place in my room

vibe and fun hangout spaces with outdoor chairs and games, as well as great hangout space by the pool

wish we had time to go to the pool during our stay because it looked so nice

the pool and hot tub were nice and hot

i wanted to usse the gym before i had to work, but it didnt open til

it has a peloton bike, nice gym, functioning hot tub outdoors (and great robes)

we had a room with a full kitchen, which was very well stocked

we didn't use the pool, but it was nice and large with stonework around it, pulled straight from the surrounding

the 730 breakfast start was quite late for us.

noisy, with kids running up and down the hallways until midnight

i liked the cleanliness upkeep, and the breakfast.

had a very early check in and the staff was very helpful our room had a kitchenette which was very helpful

thing that could have been improved would be the hot tub/pool hours

we were able to swim earlier and then again which the kids loved

i can't wait to come back in the future without small kids so we can try out the heated outdoor pool and hot tub
