we didn’t use pool/hot tub but others seem to be enjoying it

the bed was really soft. the kids liked this but my back did not

had a very early check in and the staff was very helpful our room had a kitchenette which was very helpful

addition to having outstanding amenities like free breakfast and internet they offer very nice storage for bikes and a station for cleaning them

the frustration there is that we had lots of dirty towels/pool towels piled up in our room

large room with door to terrace, easy access to pool, tub and laundry

the hot tub and pool were great! i loved the location!

in a separate building with an outside entrance but it worked out in that i was right beside the gym: which was perfect: small but overlooking the hot tub and some mountains

breakfast was much better than your average free breakfast

location was very nice. bed was comfortable and my kids has a blast.

we had a large well-trained pup with us and the pet fee was reasonable

everything! breakfast was great, bed very comfy, quiet, pool and sauna always nice and clean.

was so good from the shuttle, to the size of the room, to the amazing breakfast every morning

there is a littleused, at least in my four stays, indoor pool

how much there was to do for kids the variety of shoppings and closeness to everything

or help with parking upon arrival, no help with baggage upon check-in, very slow/understaffed bar service in the duchin bar
