i drive an over sized truck and they had a place for me to park on

we're night owls so late check out is always something we ask for and regency was happy too accommodate an extra hour

location, clean and spacious rooms, breakfast provided and there’s always coffee/tea/beverages

we had an early flight and no shuttles were available so had to take two taxis

loved that they offer a shuttle to the airport as well

of restaurants in walking distance of 10 minutes and they provided paper plates and utensils the shuttle to and from the airport was great i didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast because i had a 6am

food around the area wasn't so great but that is out of the hotels hands and maybe the gym equipment is outdated but it is minor compared to the positive vibes we had here at this hotel

it is also close to a mall that my kids loved

also, they serve starbucks coffee in breakfast, but the coffee was way too weak and never tasted like starbucks coffee

beds, location to airport, good for a quick stay, fridge was handy and gave me a late check out till 12 for free

guest laundry is rather expensive at usd 5 each for washing and drying.

there was no breakfast, the gym did not work, there was no tea, coffee

didn't get early check in once arrived at 12:30pm, so we couldn't wash up or change for our event

limited room selection - targeted to couples only. not great with kids.

in my life have i rented a room with a kitchenette and had zero cups, plates, utensils, or anything cook with

would have been nice to have access to a microwave, and it was a real bummer that the gym was closed

restaurant, sweets shop and button boutique shop wonderful, nick's has great music in the bar and all shops and restaurants were happy for the custom with warm welcome

the dryer didn’t dry so well in the laundry room!

the 24 hour help #…she gave me a code for a “concierge closet” which turned out to be a laundry room with two locked closets… so no tv for our two night stay
