disappointed i booked this place for its kitchen

in my life have i rented a room with a kitchenette and had zero cups, plates, utensils, or anything cook with

roomy and clean, there was an actual kitchen w stove that was a wonderful surprise

even on vacation i still workout everyday, i wish the gym was a little better and that it opened earlier than 7am

information about the swimm8ng pool was not in the room, so we missed it.

insisted i take some pastries & fruit at check in as breakfast wouldn’t be open when i had to depart at 5am

the outside of the property looks shabby and the gym was very basic (3 machines only)

counter you have the avenue full of different restaurants different cuisines and they even have a casino at the end of the ave

shuttle service to the airport

guest laundry is rather expensive at usd 5 each for washing and drying.

we're night owls so late check out is always something we ask for and regency was happy too accommodate an extra hour

i know there's never a guarantee of an early check in, but it did seem surprising that even though the hotel knew we had arrived early in
