parking- too tight and not enough

parking - a row of parking spots is being used as a patio

limited parking. we got lucky to get a spot in the back. otherwise i am happy with our stay.

not enough parking. had to wait a long time for 3 salads and a kids burger.

parking lot is tight, but still convenient.

pool needs a bit of an update

my son enjoyed the pool, it was clean and fresh towels were provided

my family joined us for a visit and enjoyed the pool and restaurant together

gym pool internet location bed

i liked the shower the pool was the perfect temperature.

all around i liked the staff they were friendly i also liked the kitchen

clean rooms, modern, comfortable beds, good small gym, free coffee/ tea all day, kind staff

happy for laundry facilities

loved the kitchen with the stove top, giant microwave, sink and dishwasher

breakfast was only open till 930 am on a sunday… should be later on weekends reasonable during

easy check in and plenty of parking close by

parking around back and access to the hotel parkingis not as convent as it was once

there was enough space for free parking too

parking lot is a mess and no parking in front of main entrance as all the spots are reserved for

stayed in 303 and there were no darkening blinds and the room looked out directly to a parking lot light that was right there

breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly, rooms were spacious and comfortable.

laundry machines didn't work properly

i think it needed to be changed to make more people to rent this place every time in kitchener

parking lot needs a lot of work and the rooms could be a little bit better but all in all it s ok

the parking lots. the road surface is quite rough, and there are no clear division lines.

was noise that sounded like trees being shedded coming from the parking lot literally all day and was very annoying to hear

breakfast wasnt good, closed fitness room and non-existent sauna and hot tub

i didn't get to use the fitness facilities because of time, but those also looked decent

the breakfast area was jammed with people in the morning and not a great selection.

we did see though on the last day that there is a back entrance to the parking lot

i was a little disappointed that i didn't pool because the water was too cold.

gym is very small and treadmill not working for the 10 days of my stay

soon as i pulled in, there was alot of junkies in the parking lot, i went to get a room and my bf yelled out to me before going into the office and said

convenient location, ground floor all rooms and very well lit parking lot.

the location and free parking were two advantages of this hotel.

the portion covering the pull bar screws was dangling and thus the bar is loose from wall rot

people in a nearby room kept us awake at night and kids in a couple rooms near us woke us up early

fun pool not deep and perfect for kids

i liked that you could book spots for the pool as to not have crowding

the wipes in the gym were never replenished.

the staff were very courteous, and the pool area and hotel was exceptionally clean.

the fact that you had some gluten-free items on your breakfast buffet

good pool (our grandsons came over for a swim and we enjoyed the hot tub too)

the entrance and extra parking for visitors was a bit confusing

at least there was lots of free parking across the street in the parking garage
