the laundry room was out of order

my laundry was stolen and reported to office and was thrown out

there was a $20 per dog pet fee, not mentioned before

down to the lobby to get breakfast at 830 and there was nothing to pick from

the hotel was up to date in furnishings. kids love the indoor pool. breakfast was hot and good.
