parking right outside the room

parking at night was too far from the main building........husband has difficulty walking.

lack of parking close to manor house so had tonearm far in the rain

parking was inconvenient and we had to pay a fee for it - normally when that happens, it`s valet

a secluded location with a gorgeous waterfall and ample parking and old limestone architecture highlight this place

the parking was extremely convenient, the staff were very happy, friendly and helpful, and the room,

at least there was lots of free parking across the street in the parking garage

location is across the street from where i am working and parking is included in the rate, saving me $12 a day

it was basically a junior suite with a kitchenette and the bathroom was so clean as

check in was quick - i requested early check in and we were able to check in when we arrived at 2-30pm

the gym and pool may have been good but i did not have the opportunity to use them

gym is very dated

thicker sheets on the beds - they were paper thin. the pool was clean and my kids loved it.

only one granola bar and water bottle, on the desk for a room of guests. not very generous.

breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

eggs were drenched in butter. otherwise breakfast was okay.

there were rusty pipes and unclean rugs in the hallway. i had no room for parking near my room.

if my children had been with me they would of loved the pool

the staff were very courteous, and the pool area and hotel was exceptionally clean.

hot tub and pool were very nice

good pool (our grandsons came over for a swim and we enjoyed the hot tub too)

& hot buffet style breakfast as well as they offer a dinner 3 days a week, kitchen staff ladies are great

thing i did not like was some of the other guests not watching their kids in the pool, but that is no reflection of the hotel its people lack of common

the breakfast was amazing and huge assortment of hot and cold food options

stay was so accommodating and that really helps me out with 3 kids, a baby and being disabled

due to covid19, can't use facility like gym, pool, restaurant, except that it was very valuable.

also the waterslide was a huge hit with the kids

i did not get time to use the pool facilities/gym so can not make any comments regarding these facilities

on the thin side, no kitchen is bare no cookwares and utensils

we specifically booked this hotel because of the pool for the kids and called around to make sure before i booked to have a pool and than we didn’t get it

swim pool, excellent breakfast selection with friendly servers, good parking, quiet surroundings, room cleaned every day

staff are friendly,very well located and so clean.they serve a healthy breakfast.

quite happy with the selection and helpful staff thru out the entire hotel poll was great for the kids was also great

only thing we weren't keen on was breakfast but even then there was always something like toast that you could
